Next opening is November 1st 2026. This is a fully furnished daylight basement studio with a private entrance. Rent includes all utilities/wifi. It's the lower level of my home in NW Bend on the hill near COCC. On street parking in front of the home. Renters need to walk up the paver, heated driveway to the front door of the studio. It is a big room with a queen bed, dresser, couch, Smart TV mounted on the wall with a fire stick, kitchenette and private bathroom. Kitchenette includes a full size fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven/airfryer, and coffee maker. There is not a kitchen sink, but there is a set up for washing dishes in the bathroom sink or shower/tub area. There is also a portable washing machine for smaller loads and a drying rack. This is for one person, not couples. The space is perfect for one person. The studio is completely private and locked off/separate from the rest of the home. This is a light/bright living space with large picture windows that overlook the westside of Bend. Lots of tree top views, very peaceful. The windows have the top down/bottom up shades to maintain privacy but allow the light. Windows also have black out shades if needed. Looking for rental terms of 1-3 months. Very safe and quiet space. Rent includes all utilities/furnishings. Ideal for one person. Easy access to all the amenities in popular NW Bend, Oregon, including the Deschutes River, nature trails/lakes/hiking, skiing etc. No pets, sorry. No yard. The space

This is a studio with a private entrance (Daylight lower level) of a primary residence in NW Bend. Rent includes all utilities (wi fi too) The fully furnished space has can an extensive kitchenette including a full sized fridge/freezer, toaster oven/air fryer/hot plate/microwave (and more) . It has a full bathroom attached, renters come and go from their own private entrance. There is a portable washing machine(small loads) and drying rack. Ideal for one person for 2-3 months at a time. No pets. Neighborhood: Popular area in NW Bend, 5 mins from Downtown Bend, The Old Mill District/ the River, Northwest Crossing/Trails and Galveston corridor. Shevlin Park is nearby as well. Grocery Stores, Restaurants and popular amenities are all withing a few minutes drive. Location is up on a hill (Awbrey Butte area) and in the winter would require AWD and or winter tires but it is very quiet with views being up on the hill.
