A wonderful property for easy relaxation and a worry-free stay. CLose to everything you will need for work or to enjoy the wonder of Bend!! Enjoy a private second story apartment with keyless entry. The unit is attached to the main house but no shared amenities with main house. You will also have a small private outdoor patio area with a little bistro table and space to store your bicycles, paddle boards, etc. out of view from the street. Note: There is not a covered outdoor area, fenced-in yard, or garage access for guest storage. You may bring your items into the unit if desired. You will enjoy complete privacy with separate entrance and separate space. Note this is a new owner but unit has been rented many times with great reviews!!!
The space
A wonderful one bedroom suite filled with everything you will need for a great stay. Walking distance to the Deschutes River, walking paths and the lovely Old Mill shopping and dining area. Sleeps an additional two people in the living room with a sofa that pulls out flat if needed. $2400 - January through April $2450 - May - June $2750 - July - August $2400 - September - December
