This is my home and I rent it when I am traveling or working away from Oregon. Neighborhood: This private home is in The Pointe at Rivers Edge, a quiet gated neighborhood in northwest Bend. Its tucked between the Deschutes River and Rivers Edge Golf Course, so you've got easy access to trails, water, and green space. Downtown Bend is just a short walk or drive away, offering plenty of shops, restaurants, and breweries. The area is mostly residential, with a mix of newer homes and townhouses. Grocery stores, shopping and Costco are within 1-3 miles. Trail access to Deschutes River Trail.
