The space

Utilities posted to renter monthly. Winter average $300-400 per month (heats with propane) Spring/Fall average $200-250 per month. Summer average $160-200. Includes hard wired wi-fi. Option on DirecTV programming. No air conditioning- 3,400 feet. Nights cool nicely. Neighborhood: Neighborhood of 1 acre properties just south of Bend,OR city limits off hwy 95 at Baker/Knott Rd exit.<br />Roads paved and plowed. In winter. House at end of loop road so less traffic. Lots of walkers, bikers and 1/2 block to beginning of bike/hike dog friendly trails. Come enjoy.
