This newly updated 2nd Floor Condo is located in a building that is super convenient to everything. Adjacent to lovely Pioneer Park, it is just minutes from Downtown, the Bend Parkway, Grocery Stores, St Charles Hospital, and the River Trail. Note: kitchen and bathrooms updated with all new appliances, frdg, range, dishwasher and microwave oven in spring 2023! Two Balconies that overlook lovely treed grounds with a peek a boo view of the River and the Mountains. Patio Dining table and BBQ grill. AC/heat from mini split in living room and bedroom. Super Comfy King Bed and en Suite Bathroom. Pull Out Sofa bed in Living Room. Large Screen TV/ DVD in Living Room and Bedroom. WIFI and Smart TV. Important caveats: This is a second floor unit and there is a flight of stairs to climb. And also be aware that there is a unit overhead. The bldg was constructed in the 1970's --- sometimes there is sound transference from the guests in the 3rd floor unit. If you are highly sensitive to sound (footsteps or occassional voice transference) this may not be a good choice for you.
