You would share a 3-bedroom house with my current roommate (male, early 30s). 3 bedroom, 2-bath house. Each person gets their own garage parking spot and their own bathroom. There's a laundry room, entry closet, and each person gets their own space in the fridge/freezer for food. Larger living space is "great room" with living/dining/kitchen. Backyard is fenced with privacy fence and has a gas grill with a seating area. There are some common space chores like vacuuming and taking out the trash that would need to be divvied up, but most things stay clean just because we clean up after ourselves. My roommate is clean, friendly, and courteous. Generally we adhere to quiet hours/minimal cooking past 10 pm. Our bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and are separated by the living area so it feels very private and like each person has a well-defined, separated space. There's no central air but I have an AC unit in the bedroom that keeps things very cool.

The space

Spacious, private bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings, ample storage (with both walk-in closet and linen closet in-suite), double vanity, and luxe materials (large, antique heriz rug, velvet bed, and plush bathmat). There is a ceiling fan and a portable A/C unit in the suite that keeps the entire space very cool.
