The house itself is cozy and well put together with modern appliances and plenty of storage. The two permanent tenants are in there 30's and have lived in Bend for close to 10 years and value community and recreation.

The space

This home is a cozy, well curated 2016 build with new appliances. Shared spaces include open kitchen/ living room/ laundry room/ garage and backyard. The space is well maintained and clean without any pets. The tenant will share the space with a couple who both work during the day, M-F. The bedroom is quiet and in the front of the house, separate from the living space. It will have a queen size bed and bedding, desk, dresser, as well as blackout curtains and a personal television by December 1st.
