The house sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood, on a private road, 2 blocks off a main road. It's in the southeast part of Bend. It has a backyard and patio area. The house is just under 4 miles from St. Charles Hospital. The house is within about 2- 10 miles from the following businesses: Safeway, Fred Meyer, Walmart, Costco, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Winco, Macy's, Target, Ulta, T.J Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Trader Joe's, Chick-fil-A, and Olive Garden. Also, it is walking distance to the new and beautiful Alpenglow Park, in southeast Bend. I am looking for a female housemate who is friendly, respectful, employed, responsible about rent and wants to live in friendly, clean and peaceful home and open to a long term stay.

There is a space in the garage for your car. Washer and dryer. Forced air heating and air conditioning. The pictures show the space as neutral/basic which means once you move in you can make yourself comfortable and make it look more like "you"! Neighborhood: Safe neighborhood, peaceful, calm and friendly.
