The home is especially well suited to one or two professionals, couples, remote workers, healthcare travelers, or people spending several months in Bend. The Home You will have the private upper residence to yourself, with a separate entrance and no shared interior living spaces. The 900-square-foot home includes: • Two furnished bedrooms: one queen and one full • Dedicated workspace in the full bedroom • Full kitchen with gas range, full-size refrigerator, pantry, and cookware • Open living and dining area with natural light • Full bathroom with tub and shower • Large covered front porch • Dedicated off-street parking • High-speed Wi-Fi • Utilities included • Shared laundry with scheduled access • EV charging available for an additional fee The home is clean, comfortable, and designed for everyday living. Living Here This is a peaceful, owner-occupied property intended for one or two occupants. Occasional small gatherings, such as dinner, social time with friends, or a mellow evening on the porch, are welcome. The home is not suitable for large parties, events, frequent high-traffic gatherings, or disruptive noise. Different work schedules, including night shifts, are welcome when guests are thoughtful about quiet coming and going.
