The space

The space consists of two bedrooms , one bath, in a single level house. The bathroom and kitchen are recently updated with granite counters and a soaking jet tub. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all very bright and full of plants. There is one parking spot under the carport and additional parking in the driveway in the front yard. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. The unit is completely separate and private but there is a shared wall and a shared hot tub. Neighborhood: House is located at end of cut de sac and is also situated away from the street in the back of the lot. The house is right across the street from Ponderosa Park and is a 15 minute walk to the Larkspur Community Center and a 25 minute walk to the top of Pilot Butte.
