The home is decorated with vintage rugs, original art, and warm wood tones throughout. You're steps from Hollinshead Park's off-leash dog area, community garden, and walking trails, and an easy walk or bike ride to Pilot Butte for sunrise hikes and views of the Cascades. The Orchard District has tree-lined streets, larger lots, and easy access to some of Bend's best local restaurants and coffee shops. St. Charles Medical Center is a 4-minute drive, which makes this a good fit for traveling healthcare professionals. Downtown Bend, the Old Mill District, and the Deschutes River Trail are all within about a mile and a half. A Note on Our Cat Our sweet adult calico, Carrot, will remain in residence during your stay and has full run of the house. We're happy to leave care instructions and are flexible on the details, just want to be upfront so you know what to expect from day one. The space

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light. A second, more casual dining nook sits just off the kitchen with garden views. The living room centers around a large sectional facing the mounted TV, with a pellet stove in the corner for winter nights. Sliding glass doors lead out to a private back deck. Neighborhood: Tucked into Bend's Orchard District, this fully renovated single-level home is close to Hollinshead Park, minutes from St. Charles Medical Center, and just over a mile from Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District.
