The master bedroom (queen bed) has a recessed coved ceiling with a fan, and an attached bath with 2-sinks, granite countertops, a stone shower, and a very large walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms (queen and 2 twins) are down a wide hallway on the other side of the Great Room from the master, and the second full bath is located off the hallway between them. The 2-car garage provides plenty of space for skis, bikes, paddle boards.....A fully fenced backyard with high fence has 3 access points -- sliding patio doors, door into garage, gate next to driveway. The neighborhood is very quiet with little traffic due to no thru streets and a gated entrance. Yet conveniently located with shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and brewpubs within a mile. Get on the Deschutes River Trail just steps away for a lovely walk or bike ride (1.6 miles) along the river to downtown. There are 4 bikes at the house, and Bend also has several bikeshare programs. The immediate surroundings have a wonderful high desert feel, and awesome Sawyer Park at the end of the street has miles of trails and unlimited access to a beautiful stretch of the Deschutes. Easy access to Mt. Bachelor and Virginia Meisner skiing, and summer outdoor activities in all directions! Most pets are allowed (no cats), but let's discuss. Please note there is a Smart TV and ROKU streaming device so you can access your Netflix, Amazon Prime video, etc....and there are about 10 local channels thru an antenna, but there is no cable.
