Looking for a female to fill our 3rd room in a single family home. Available now! I own the home and rent out both guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom is rented by a full time night shift nurse. The second bedroom is available for rent now. Both myself (34f) and Ellie (25f) are night shift nurses. We are both very clean, tidy, and quiet. We're hoping to find someone who matches our energy and is respectful of our weird schedules. I do have a 2 year old dog. He doesn't really bark and is pretty quiet. He doesn't shed much and we're often out of the house on adventures! No other animals please. It is a shared bathroom with a double sink. Washer/dryer/kitchen supplies available. Covered patio with a fire pit. Garage available for storage. I was a travel nurse for 4 years prior to taking a permanent job in Bend early 2024. I want you to have a great time traveling and exploring this amazing town!

The space

Private room with a shared bath used by both renters. Quiet house and neighborhood. Black out curtains, queen bed and ample storage available. Access to all living spaces. Theres also an additional living room upstairs, new washer/dryer, and all new kitchen appliances. Neighborhood: 6 minutes from the St. Charles Hospital, 1 minute to new Cascade Lakes Brewery and other new restaurants. 10 minutes to downtown and only 30 minutes to Mt. Bachelor.
