Excellent location for outdoor enthusiasts, just within the boundary of the Deschutes National Forest, with hiking and biking trails right from the resort. Residents have access to all of the resort amenities, including pools, hot tubs, sauna, gym, mini-golf, frisbee golf, pickleball, basketball, BMX course, two outdoor fireplaces, kids play area, large community lawn, and a seasonal ice rink. There are also a small store, coffee shop, and restaurant on site. Downtown Bend is a 10-minute drive and Mt Bachelor is 20 minutes.

The space

Unit is a 3rd floor loft unit in building #20 at the corner of the resort. Queen bed and full bath in the loft area, queen murphy bed in the living room, and queen bed and full bath in the second bedroom. Wood burning fireplace, two decks, workspace. Ice machine is on the 2nd floor and laundry (free) on the 1st floor. Residents have access to all of the resort amenities.
