All utilities and high-speed internet included - one flat monthly payment, nothing to set up when you arrive. We're traveling and looking for one tenant for a stay of three to six months. Six is ideal, but we're flexible on both the length and the exact start date. 1,752 square feet, all on one floor. No stairs, no shared walls. Three bedrooms, two full baths, and an open living and dining room with a fireplace and sliding glass doors onto a large wooden deck, the hot tub, and a big fenced yard and garden. The space

Single level, 1,752 square feet, laid out so nobody is on top of anybody: bedrooms down one side, open kitchen, living and dining down the other, sliding doors straight out to the deck and yard. Sleeps up to six - a king in the primary suite with its own bath, full beds in the other two rooms sharing the second. Bedroom 3 makes a good office if you only need two. The backyard is why people book this house: large, fenced, garden and mature trees, hot tub off the deck. Room for a dog, a fire pit, kids. Neighborhood: Quiet residential cul-de-sac in southwest Bend, between the Deschutes River and Brookswood. The river trail and Farewell Bend Park are a short walk from the front door - you can run, ride, or walk the dog toward the Old Mill footbridges without crossing a busy road.<br /><br />A genuine family street: kids on bikes, neighbors who wave, almost no through traffic. Fred Meyer, the Athletic Club, and Highway 97 are minutes away, keeping the drive to St Charles, downtown, or Mt. Bachelor easy year-round.
