The private entrance lets you come and go independently, while the open interior and wooded surroundings create a laid-back place to settle in. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a full bed, and an air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage are also provided. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hot water, and a hair dryer. In the living area, you'll have comfortable seating, a smart TV, a sound system, books, and board games. Laminate flooring with an area rug keeps the space practical and easy to maintain. Heating and ductless air conditioning are included for year-round comfort. The kitchen is set up for everyday cooking, with a full-size refrigerator, freezer, stove, stainless-steel oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes, silverware, and basic cooking supplies. A dining table provides a dedicated spot for meals. Outside, you'll have access to a yard with outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill with grilling utensils. A washer and dryer are available in the building, and Wi-Fi and utilities are included. Garage parking is provided. One medium-sized pet may be approved with a $200 deposit. Optional biweekly cleaning is available for $150. Please note that stair access may make the apartment less suitable for infants or small children.
