Available for 30 to 90-day stays, with the possibility to extend by mutual agreement, this beautifully furnished 650 sq. ft. studio was newly constructed in 2024 as part of our home. With its own private upstairs entrance, the space boasts high ceilings and an open, sun-filled layout that feels spacious and inviting. Enjoy year-round views of serene pine trees through large windows that bring the outdoors in. There are many places to explore with a bike, kayak, or paddle board close by. A stand up paddle board can be rented from us for $10 per day! An electric bike is available to rent for $100 per month. Old Mill District, downtown Bend, the Deschutes River, and many hiking trails are a short drive away.
