This is a lovely home that offers comfort without sacrificing style. Our hope is that for however long your stay, you feel you've found a home that invites you to live your ideal Bend life. Thanks to oversized windows and vaulted ceilings, along with ample outdoor access via the sundeck and back patio, the townhome is airy and light-filled, even on the rare overcast day. The home is freshly painted and updated with thoughtful, current amenities, keyless entry, brand new linens, and quality furnishings. The upstairs is the primary living space, with living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and primary bedroom. Downstairs offers a second bedroom and full bath, along with laundry room, garage access, and a sliding glass door to the private patio. We take pride in creating and maintaining this space, and it shows in every detail: from ensuring a well-stocked kitchen and sumptuous bedding, to displaying work from our favorite local (and not-so-local) artists! The home sits on a quiet street, Otelah, which abuts the many trails and walking paths at Pilot Butte State Park, including access to the Larkspur trail, and is mere blocks from St. Charles Medical Center, along with many other local medical groups. It is infinitely walkable to some of our favorite businesses--Lone Pine Coffee, Hablo Tacos, Sunriver Brewing, Cafe Yumm, and the On Tap food cart lot. Walk south about ten minutes, and you'll find another food cart lot, River's Place, and just beyond that, healthy options like Mother's Juice Cafe and Longboard Louie's. The home is also walkable and bikeable to several gyms, a fabulous nail salon, and just two miles to the Juniper Fitness Center and Pool. Though the Westside of Bend has historically held the title for walkable food, parks, etc., this pocket of town has rapidly evolved to become a thriving and delicious area with the bonus of immediate access to the hospital, and proximity to shopping at Costco, Whole Foods, and more.
