We are leaving for the holidays from approximately November 11 through January 10. Some flexiblity on the exact dates. We are are interesting in renting out our home. Let us know if you are you are looking for place to spend the holidays in Bend. Fully furnished, basic cat care required as part of stay. Some things we love about it: Open floor plan with good natural light. Big living room with a large section couch for lounging. Vaulted cieling and bay window in master bedroom. Recently remodeled bathroom. Guest room doubles as exercise/music space. Office room with lots of natural light. Big backyard with a deck. The house was built in the 70's, it's funky but awesome. The location is awesome. Walking distance to grocery outlet. Easy access to the westside and mt bachelor. You must like cats. We have two sweet cats who's basic care-taking will be part of the deal and the reason why this listing is below market rate. Because we have cats we will not accept applications with other animals. Great for travel nurse, remote workers, a couple, or anyone who wants to spend some time in Bend.

Small home with 1 master bedroom, one office room and one "guest room" with a deployable queen size bed. Big backyard with a nice new deck. Single car garage for the toys and the two off street parking spots.
