One bathroom with shower only (no tub). Kitchen has medium size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, Ninja oven (I'll show you how it works!), toaster oven, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and all other essentials so you don't have to leave home. We have the best water in Bend (not city water!). There is a designated desk for the digital nomads! You are welcome to use the spacious backyard and patio. We can also provide storage for a bike or other sporting equipment. Easy access to canal walking paths, to river trail and Old Mill District. Downtown Bend is only 1.5 miles away (or less) as well as Fred Meyer grocery and department store, Walmart, Factory Outlets and much more! No cleaning deposit. Studio must be pristine clean upon move-out (the way you received it). All cleaning charges and/or damages will be deducted from your security deposit. A minimum security deposit of $1200 is required. The security deposit may increase depending on your circumstances. In all cases renters insurance is required (a quick an easy add on to your auto insurance) with landlords listed as 'interested party'.

The space

The studio sits above a large 2 car garage, spanning from front of house to back, with 2 skylights in the A framed ceiling and windows at each end for cool cross ventilation in summer. Entrance is at back of home into shared laundry room space, with flight of stairs to your private domain. AC to keep you cool and gas stove to keep you warm. NO smoking/NO vaping/NO pets. Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood with single family homes. Walking distance to river trail (access via canal paths), grocery, downtown, old mill district and easy access to major routes. Our home and your studio is on a large lot with a spacious and private backyard you are welcome to use and enjoy.
