We have a large city lot with our house in front and the garage & apartment in the back off the alley. Our entire block has mature pines and we are across the street from Juniper Swim & Fitness Center. Our neighbors are friendly and easy going and we often gather & hang out together. We can walk to El Sancho, Back Porch Coffee & Kobe Sushi.

The space

Bright and open one bedroom apartment with vaulted ceilings and a full kitchen. Large patio doors open onto a large deck surrounded by trees. The apartment is brand new and includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher and large closets. There is a dedicated parking space for the apartment with access to the alley. The apartment is above a detached garage and is accessed by a set of stairs. We installed quiet wall-mount garage doors. I don't have any pictures of the new deck furniture, but I will post some shortly. Neighborhood: MIdtown is a quiet neighborhood with several parks. We are across the street from Juniper Swim & Fitness and walking distance to Pilot Butte. The Coyner trail & the Larkspur trail provide access to Larkspur Community Center and several other parks. From our central location, we have easy access to downtown, the old mill & the hospital.
