You are within one mile of local breweries and restaurants and just two miles from the hospital. The unit features a private entrance, a large fenced backyard, and two freshly treated private decks perfect for relaxing. Inside, you will find comfort with new carpeting in both bedrooms and upgraded kitchen appliances, including a new refrigerator and dishwasher. Sleep soundly to the soothing seasonal sounds of the adjacent canal, and enjoy the breathtaking Bend night sky. The property is ideal for pet owners, offering the fenced yard and immediate access to a canal-side walking path right outside your door (canal runs six months out of the year). Guests have access to on-site laundry two days per week (tenant's choice) and private covered parking for one vehicle, with space for a second vehicle. Two-month minimum stay required.

The space

MAXIMUM 2 TENANTS. This is a 2-bedroom downstairs apartment attached to our house (not a basement) LAUNDRY ROOM shared with landlords; renters insurance mandatory. One adult dog only (over 2 years old). Must be neutered, vaccinated and contained within the unit and back yard; leashed when in the front yard. Dog must be used to staying alone without excessive barking or whining. NO REPTILES or CATS. Guests are limited to (3) overnight stays per month; maximum 2 guests. Payments by Zelle or Venmo only. Neighborhood: The house is not in a neighborhood but located on five acres. Shopping and restaurants are within two miles. It is a quiet area.
