This 3bdrm/2bath townhome features vaulted ceilings, warm woodwork, and a birds eye view from the back deck. Guests return often due to the convenience, comfort and location of this property. Many clients rent for several weeks or months while checking out Bend as a possible re-location or remote work space. The townhouse property has 3 units; an upper floor unit with 3 bedrooms/2 baths plus the use of a one-car garage. The two lower floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condos each have the use of individual storage sheds. All units are fully furnished with private entrances, kitchen, W/D and high speed internet. Utilities covered in the monthly rent include garbage, internet, water/sewer and lawn care. Electricity and/or gas utilities are charged back per individual metered use. There is an off-street parking space for each unit. The owner is flexible in designing the contract to meet your needs. About your pet: While the property is pet-friendly only 1 pet per unit is allowed based on an evaluation during initial application. This keeps the shared yard space and neighboring properties from being overrun with our furry friends. There will be a cleaning/damage deposit (refundable) plus a monthly pet fee collected. The yard is not fully enclosed/fenced so please don't let your pet out without supervision. Waste must be picked up after every incident, or my lawn crew will not mow the lawn. Keep pets off furniture and bedding and vacuum/sweep on a regular basis. If your pet is not used to being left alone in an unfamiliar space please crate them if you intend to leave them alone in the condo. Keep barking to a minimum to maintain the quiet, friendly atmosphere of the neighborhood. There are dogs parks and river trails located throughout the downtown Bend area for plenty of great dog-walking.

Choose between the upper floor 3 bd/2bath townhouse or one of two 1 bd/1bath condo's on the lower floor based on your needs and length of stay. Each unit has separate entrances and no shared indoor spaces. The small backyard area is a shared space. Neighborhood: Bend's favorite neighborhood setting! The northwest side of Bend is where everybody wants to visit. Easy, quick access to the Deschutes River, numerous neighborhood parks, breweries, local restaurants, and shopping downtown or the Old Mill District. Park your car and walk or bike everywhere from this location. This neighborhood is historically the heartbeat of Bend where the original Shevlin-Hixon mill owners and workers lived. The Deschutes Historical Museum is close by and worth a visit.
