A quiet residential home next to a wooded area and COCC, this home is peaceful and also conveniently located with out the door access to nature and trails. Both bedrooms get lovely sunlight during the day, come with plants (optional), bookcase, side table; one comes with closet, thrbother with chest of drawers. There is storage in garage, and memory foam beds. The main bedroom is a regular queen full bed; the guest bedroom is a trifold memory foam bed and 6 inches deep. The home has new wood floors and new kitchen appliances and marble counters with nice tall windows of trees and good light. The kitchen still has a backsplash in process but otherwise is fully equipped. The deck is lovely to sit outside in the sun with coffee or meals and enjoy the views. *note: I rent the downstairs of my house separately to a friend; it's separate and has a separate entrance.
