You will be close to downtown restaurants, shopping, parks and all the fun recreation activities that bend has to offer. Maybe 2nd best for the winter season, 1 car garage space is included. As for the property itself, the living room/den space is mid-century modern, it has a beautiful bolstered sofa to provide a relaxing area to unwind and the sofa. A 4 person dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette provides a microwave, large toaster oven, induction stove, full size refrigerator freezer, with big sink and closet pantry. This kitchen is equipped for long stays so cooking will be a breeze with all of these amenities. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of the amenities such as an extra 3rd bedroom setup as an office (with door that closes), inside gas stove fireplace, outside fire pit with teak furniture, W/D all-in-one that works great (don't have to move the clothes to the dryer). The accommodations are 100% separate and encompasses the entire 1st level, including a cozy den, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms (1 queen/ 1 full size), a spacious office and a 3 way bathroom incl. a shower. There are lots of windows and natural light. Towels, linens and blankets provided. Is Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood. This is a great neighborhood to explore and find some of the most charming homes and stealth neighborhoods in Bend. There are two parks within a couple of blocks, Hillside park has a children's playground, and there is an off-leash park in the neighborhood as well.
