Welcome home to this newly built tiny home, The Minni House! Located on the east side of Bend on the back of a beautiful treed lot across from a huge city park, this Minni retreat is the perfect place to experience tiny house living while visiting Bend. It is close to all the east side activities, hospital, and shops and it has convenient access to the Parkway which makes accessing all of Bend a snap. The Minni House specializes in longer term stays, but is also available for short term visits to get a feel of what real Bend neighborhood living is like. The Minni House is brand new construction, designed in comfortable contemporary colors and styles with everything you need and nothing you don't. Fully stocked kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and all the pots, pan, and dishes you will need to make meals at home. Cute little sitting area with book shelves and reading lights and a flat screen Roku TV for streaming all your favorite channels like Netflix. Free high speed wireless internet as well! Private bathroom with floating vanity, walk in glass shower, and even a washer/dryer combination machine. The loft sleeping area makes you feel like you're floating on air and has a queen sized bed with all linens included. This tiny house is located on the side of a residential lot but has its own private, fenced off patio area, private entrance, and designated off-street parking spot. There is also an outdoor storage shed that measures approximately 6x4' that is entirely for guest use, with a padlocked door. It is great for storing bikes, outdoor equipment, or simply for stowing empty suitcases while you are here! Simple living, beautifully done. Come be our guests. Monthly rate September-May is $1950-$2950 per 30 nights. Also available during our peak summer months, but inquire for rates.

Neighborhood: The east side of Bend is a quiet and quaint area that is the heart and soul of the city. Mostly consisting of full-time residents, staying in this neighborhood gives you a true taste of Bend living. This house is located right across the street from Dutch Stover Park, a lovely two-acre neighborhood park featuring a youth baseball field, playground area and open lawn. Right up the street is Pilot Butte and St. Charles Medical Center
