Our home is steps away from a favorite neighborhood pizzeria & market with the coldest local beer in town & a great selection of Oregon wines, and just 2 blocks to food trucks, grocery, shops & more. 1 mile to downtown. This home offers close access to all of the Bend lifestyle while also meeting your needs on-site for working, privacy, relaxation, and entertainment. The home is equipped with everything you need for your extended stay, including, tv, games, a covered patio with natural gas grill, dog/child friendly fully fenced yard, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV in living room and master, sit/stand desks in 2 bedrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has a high-end, king size, organic latex hybrid bed and attached bath with large, walk-in shower. There are two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and sit/stand desks. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The home is single floor with no stairs. This home has no carpeting which can be allergy friendly for those who experience allergies, however we do allow guests to have a dog with pre-approval, so this is a home where dogs have lived. We do not guarantee this is an allergy free home. Garage is available for parking and/or storage of bicycles and guest sporting equipment. **SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED - 160 DAY MAXIMUM STAY -60 day minimum for mid-month check-in/check-out dates-30-day minimum applies for 1st of the month check-in only. Energy efficient, clean, private, quiet, kid, & dog friendly, air-conditioned home w/ fenced yard & covered patio. 2 sit-stand desks for working/study at home & fast wifi. Comfortable for 4 adults or 2 adults & a couple of kids. No carpet & easy to keep clean with a dog or two. We do not accept cats. Security & pet deposits are fully refundable. Cleaning fee goes toward deep clean between every stay. 5 min walk to midtown yacht club & park/playground, 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to downtown.
