The house is an 1825 former carriage barn, located behind the Old First Church, above the town with fabulous views over the mountains. Lots of windows and light. Driveway parking with automatic safety lights. The apartment has a spacious open plan living/dining area, full kitchen with breakfast bar, separate bedroom with large closet, and full bath with linen closet. Shared laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. Lots of storage space. Rent: $1550.
