My husband and I renovated this house and lived in it for 16 years. It is a beautiful old farmhouse that has been fully updated. My husbands business operates out of a garage at the other end of the property so he is around often if any needs arise. The yard is fenced in a has fruit bushes and trees. There is a covered front porch and a large back deck.

The space

One 8x10 bedroom with a Queen bed for rent on the 1st floor of a 2500 sq. ft. Farmhouse in quiet neighborhood. The house has 2 living room areas(one on the 1st floor and one on the 3rd floor), a large sunny kitchen and dining room and laundry on site. The kitchen, living rooms and laundry are all shared among housemates. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the house. There is a cat that lives in the house, she kind but also mostly keeps to herself.
