Country house is very convenient to all three local hospital, (14 minutes) 5 miles, SUNY Broome 8 min., Binghamton University 15 min., grocery store 5 min., park 5 min. restaurants 3 min., skiing 45 min, waterfalls 55 min., winery 10 min, museum 12 min. It is set on 7 acres with both open and woods with nice views. I am happy to offer suggestions, just ask. The king bedroom upstairs has a lovely canopy bed , and the cabin room downstairs is cozy and rustic. The living room has leather reclining sofas and a large TV with streaming services. "Cooks Kitchen" has a new induction stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and more. Front porch is 3-season (not heated) and great for relaxing in the warmer weather. has half bath on first floor and full bath with tub/shower on second floor.
