The space is perfectly located close to Boise's downtown, Greenbelt, foothills/trails, and major hospitals! The neighborhood is safe and family friendly with single family homes. The owner lives only a few blocks away and is very responsive to any issues that might come up! PLEASE NOTE: the unit is the top space in a top/bottom (basement) duplex home with completely separate entrances. One bedroom is the primary bedroom with a queen bed and the other is a bedroom/office hybrid with a full size futon and a desk with HDMI plug-in monitor. The kitchen is a full kitchen with full sized refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster over. Between the bedrooms and the kitchen is an open common room complete with sitting area, Smart TV, and a dinning space. The bathroom is located between the bedrooms and has a shower/bathtub. The final room is a large tile floored sun room with large windows perfect for a work out space or storage. The laundry room is a common space within the basement and serves both duplex units. There is a small front/side yard (un-fenced) but a nice city park is only a few blocks away!
