A $50 fee is charged every two weeks for cleaning. This home sits just a mile from Hyde Park and its charming boutiques and local eateries. Camel's Back Park, a popular urban hiking area where you can hike the trails and enjoy views of the city, is less than a mile-and-a-half northeast. The heart of downtown Boise is just under a mile southeast, where you'll find an assortment of restaurants, breweries, shops, and the almost legendary, outdoor Freak Alley Gallery. A diverse array of attractions - including museums, picnic spots, the Boise Zoo, and the Boise River Greenbelt - await you at Julia Davis Park less than two miles south. And in winter, pack up your skis and make the 17-mile journey northeast to reach Bogus Basin, the popular local resort for skiers and snowboarders. It is 1.4 miles from St. Luke's downtown Medical Center and Hospital, nearby access to I184 to get to St. Al's or St. Luke's Meridian campus. BSU is 1.5 miles away.

The room is 325 sqft. and is accessed after entering the house's main entrance. Owners live on second floor so there is plenty of privacy. The kitchenette has a mini fridge/freezer, microwaveand, toaster oven, slow cooker and coffee pot. No washer/dryer .
