The bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub-and-shower combination, providing you with a personal space to settle into during your stay. Tenants have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and all the essentials needed for preparing meals at home. You are also welcome to use the living room, which has a TV, the lanai, and a dedicated desk area that works well for remote work. In addition, you'll have access to community amenities such as a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, pickleball court, gym, and library. These facilities offer plenty of options for relaxation, exercise, or enjoying some quiet time close to home. A designated parking space is available for the renter. There is also a small Maltipoo and a friendly cat living on the property. The cat typically stays on the lanai or in the owner's room, and no additional animals are allowed at this time. The owner periodically housesits from October through June and takes both pets with them, so there may be times when you have the home to yourself, particularly around certain holidays. Barefoot Beach is approximately 6 miles away, and Downtown Bonita Springs is nearby, offering a variety of restaurants and local activities. The location also provides convenient access to numerous healthcare facilities in the surrounding area. Per HOA requirements, renters must be age 40 or older. A minimum stay of three months is also required. Please confirm that you meet both requirements before requesting to rent the property.
