The apartment is in quiet area overlooking a wildflower meadow and serene woodlands and still has easy access to the highway, stores and services. Birds chirping and beautiful sunrises await you. You will find a recently renovated space, furnished with all the amenities. Amenities include a large picture windows, barely used firm mattress, two tables with chairs, large lounging sofa, a desk, bureau, large closet, washer/dryer and a kitchenette with all the essentials to prepare food if you so desire. Examples of items in the kitchenette include: new refrigerator, new air fryer/toaster oven, retro microwave, small french press, salad spinner, graters, and so forth. I also offer the option of vegetarian board and/or vegan and/or gluten-free meals. You will also find beginning toiletries and cleaning supplies. This is a turn-key apartment/flat/half a house. Bradford is a beautiful part of the Connecticul River Valley with a great deal to offer. Nearby are the lovely Elizabeth's Park, a track, skating rink, restaurants, supermarket, book store, thrift shops, maker space, community cafe , music venues, local theater and more! It's also a beautiful area to hike, bike, paddle, walk and explore with Wright's Mountain, Tucker Mountain, and lakes just up the road. You are welcome to use my kayaks. The local list serv provides activities for the community every week. Bradford is ideally located on I91 to explore areas to the north, south, east and west, as well, which opens up endless possibilities. I am happy to help you find what you are looking for. It's also lovely to stay home, relax, read or study, have a campfire, swing in the hammock or watch tv on the 57" screen. Utilities and wifi are included. My dog and cat live upstairs with me. I provide a safe, comfortable accommodation to meet your needs. There may be opportunities to earn a reduction in rent for pet care and/or help with house chores--totally optional. Also, there is public bus transportation from the local Park and Ride in Bradford which is 2.3 miles away.

The space

It's a beautifully furnished, safe, comfortable home. The light streaming in the windows brightens your day as does the upbeat decorating. It's a relaxing, quiet spot to rest and recuperate from work, as well. It's also a lovely place to spend time outdoors, in the gardens, on the hammock, by the fire pit or playing lawn games.
