Beautiful apartment newly remodeled in quiet neighborhood overlooking Bradley, West Virginia. All utilities included with rental fees. Close to several local hospitals and other medical facilities as well as major local attractions. Mall, and highway access within 1 mile. Beautiful deck that is wonderful to use before work with a cup of coffee or after in order to relax in rear of the unit with barbeque ready to use. Located in the quiet town of Bradley with a beautiful overlook of the town. I keep a hummingbird feeder near the deck and there is a bird feeder if you like to see the birds as you relax on the deck. There will absolutely no smoking or vaping/ no smokers allowed period. If you are a smoker, please seek another rental that excepts smokers. Please no night worker either as it is too hard to work with your schedules. Wi-Fi is provided but I do not allow anyone to plug in a Lan cable into the Wi-Fi modem for Play Station or Xbox consoles as I am tired of people destroying my equipment. If you want to play games stay home. Serious inquiries only! Tired of people just shopping around!

Located in the quite little town of Bradley. Beware of rental units that are within the city limits of Beckley, it can be a very dangerous town with drugs and related crimes. The location of Bradley is outside of the city of Beckley and makes it a great location to go and see some of the spectacular scenery of WV!
