The cottage is located midway between Middlebury and Rutland for quick access to both.

New appliances, warm colors, and comfy furnishings create a homey space. The office/work room may double for occasional guest using the air bed. A screened porch increases living space in warm weather. Lawns, shade trees, and the fire pit add to the rural ambience. Tenants will need to make arrangements for their mail address/PO Box with local post office.
