Room · 120 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

The location is downtown, just two blocks from main street, close to many shops, market and restaurants. The property is an old house converted into apartments. This apartment is mostly accessible, on the first floor, with just 2 steps to the front door. The neighbors above are very quiet, helpful, and kind - the community is friendly and helpful. The bedroom is furnished just over a year with a new bed and has only had a few guests. Linens are provided.

The space

The apartment is on the first floor with off street parking, with the entrance into the dining area. The bedroom is just off the shared dining area, adjacent to the primary bedroom. There is a comfortable shared living area and bathroom, with in-unit washer/dryer. I have two cats that are easy roommates and keep to themselves when others are in the apartment. The bedroom is comfortable with a bed, dresser, desk, and comfy chair.
