This listing is for the downstairs bedroom in my home which is currently under renovation. There will be a Shared kitchen and bath (though the bath/shower will be exclusively yours, my studio assistant and I will be using the toilet/sink during the day). I'm in the process of laying new hardwood flooring throughout and replacing all the windows/doors... bathroom and kitchen are all brand new. I'm a quiet, friendly, 46 year old woman who works from home (my studio is in the basement, if you're curious check out www.roundmountainfibers.com). I have a small. friendly 13 year old dog.
