Fenced backyard has 2 outdoor rabbits - dogs must be friendly with them to use this area, but there's plenty of space to walk them otherwise. The fire pit overlooks a whitewater mountain river and the Bristol Notch (sunset views between mountains). House is surrounded by nature with multiple waterfalls / swimming holes, hiking trails nearby. Town includes grocery & drug store, restaurants, tavern, bakeries, retail shops, & town park. Hogback Brewery is 1/4 mile from house. Live music is available nearby.

The space

The two guest bedrooms are upstairs along with the owner's MBR. There's a 3/4 bath upstairs, full-bath (handicap-friendly w/ grab bars) downstairs. Downstairs has a Living Room w/ 55" 4k TV, dining room, large kitchen w/ picture window facing the mountain, library nook, and "mudroom" w/ W/D. The deck overlooks the partially-fenced yard, river, & mountain. Inquire about extra storage in the barn or basements.
