Happy houseplants in living room! Nice neighbors. My home is chemical-free and fragrance-free, and I would love to continue these values when the home is used by others. I consider it a sacred space, and would love to offer it to someone who respects this intention and would enjoy a place to rest and retreat. Thank you!

The space

Utilities ARE included. They run high, roughly $550+ per month. So rent is affordable at $1400 and utilities are $550. I hope that clarifies the cost. PLEASE NOTE: The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is on the first floor. ALSO: I'm flexible and willing to negotiate someone using the guest room which has a twin size bed. Also, I'm willing to discuss pets though very hesitant because of my own allergies (I live in the home most of the year) as well as my desire to keep the house very clean.
