Apartment building, a third floor walk up with short stairs, the rental room on the third floor, 2nd door from the main entrance which is along the hallway. It has security cameras on each floor, easy access , quiet building. Laundry in the building as well as half a block away, as well as a gym. The building has a management that cleans and organizes the garbage.

The space

A very clean frurnished room with a comfortable well made up bed so that you sleep well. Each new client receives their own new pillows as well as bath towels and wash cloth. There's extra bed linen if yo. The room is equipped with AC for the summer and heat for the winter. The room is privately yours, and the kitchen is available for cooking, as well as pots and pans.
