hi!! this is my apartment that i live in and care for deeply! my space is truly a place to rest and restore from a busy city i am looking for a tenant to sublet from February 1 - March 31 2026. (with some flexibility the last week of January and the first two weeks of April) my home is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a shared balcony and lux appliances. there's a combo washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, full fridge, elevator straight into the apt, and a toto washlet (bidet) toilet. the windows are triple paned and keep out the outside noise. this is a really special space, the building architecture promotes shared space and interaction. my neighbors are amazing and while the space feels communal it is also private. there is a gym on the ground floor of the building. all utilities (electricity and wifi) are included cleaning service is provided every 6 weeks apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival ABSOLUTELY NO SHOES INSIDE THE APT no parties non-smoking apt/building building quiet hours 11pm-7am a few things to note about the apt: no tv no microwave no toaster it's bright in the mornings i recommend bringing an eye mask concert floors can be hard on the feet and legs- bring slippers i provide wooden drying racks for clothes drying cuz the dryer takes a long time since its a 2in1 the outdoor space is shared and i am close with my neighbors the elevator transfers noise, please be mindful of the noise you create i provide limited ingredient cleaning supplies, dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, concentrated laundry detergent, linens, bedding, and towels. i will start you off with toilet paper and paper towels. please bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc
