The Brooklyn Botanic Garden (10 min walk) and Prospect Park (10 min walk) are practically your backyard. Apt. is in the basement of our 2 family Townhouse. Walk to many restaurants on Nostrand, Rogers and Flatbush. Apt is 850 sq ft. Closet space (in both bedrooms) This is a furnished sublet. You will be renting one bedroom of two in this basement apartment. You will be the only person in the apartment. Apartment has a kitchenette, with Large refrigerator and microwave.
