It is a four story brownstone with all the charm a brownstone has to offer. The parlor and garden level are ours. Our upstairs neighbors are quiet and very friendly. Since we have a private entrance, we rarely run into them. Very safe, communal feel.

Feel inspired in our beautiful and spacious two floor apartment on a gorgeous, quiet, tree-lined street in Bed stuy. We are the parlor and garden level of a brownstone. Our unit has a private entrance. The first bedroom is upstairs and massive. It faces the back of the building so it's very quiet. We currently use the second bedroom downstairs as a dining room/ living space, but the couch is a queen sleeper that our guests love. Massive eat-in kitchen. Private backyard. In-unit laundry. Dishwasher.
