The owner lives on the property and is available 24/7. This lower level unit comes beautifully decorated in a relaxing decor and is equipped with all essentials needed to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen comes with a Keurig and electric kettle, gas stove and toaster oven. There is a plush sofa in the living room so you can relax in front of the 50" smart tv where you can stream your favorite shows. A strong wifi connection is available. Rest up on the comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom equipped with a full-sized ironing board and iron, tall dresser and closet rack. The entrance to the apartment is at the front of the house. The space

The entire space is comfortable enough for 2 adults and 2 children and is completely private (no shared spaces). It is a street facing apartment unit, with one door to exit and enter the apartment from the front of the property. The bedroom is quite large and in addition to the existing queen bed, can fit a full size air mattress. There is plenty of room to store luggage. The kitchen is fully stocked. The sofa folds down into a full size bed. The bathroom contains a shower stall, toilet and sink.
