This guest suite has a living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and dining room. The house is situated on a tree-lined street in historic Ditmas Park where many of the Victorian homes are often used for films. The nieghborhood is full of cafes, shops, restaurants & bars. The guest bedroom has a new Queen bed and Twin daybed in the living spcace. Must be CAT-friendly. Cats will never be in your rooms or allowed in your private spaces but they will surely say hello to you on the stairway.

The private guest suite is located on the 3rd floor of a single family home that has a large front porch. This large suite is accessed by all access central staircase that the we all use. fully renovated with original pine wood floors, marble bathroom and bright tree top views. The top floor apartment has 1 bedroom and a Daybed in the living space, kitchenette, dining area, large bathroom.
