Combine the history of Park Slope with the modern amenities - wifi controlled AC (4 individually controlled units), triple pane tilt and turn windows (super quiet), energy recovery ventilation (continuously circulates fresh air from above the roof through the old fireplaces and pulls out stale air from the hallway - great for indoor air quality), very modern German kitchen with gas range, oven and high power range hood. Two Sonos one speakers (connect with bluetooth/ AirPlay). Car charging is possible from our front yard (we also generate solar power on the roof), however there is no reserved parking spot. But you can pull up at the hydrant and use our heavy duty extension cord to charge as needed.

The space

You live on the parlor (middle) and upper floor of a classic Brownstone; all 3 bedrooms are upstairs - the master has a full ensuite bath and the 2 smaller bedrooms share the other full bathroom. The smallest bedroom has a loft bed with a walk in closet below, and a skylight on top. I built this bed for my daughter, who is now 5 foot tall and still loves it. It is not suitable for very young children as there are steps going up to it (see pics). The 3rd room has a twin bed with an extra pull out bed below.
