The neighborhood is safe & vibrant & it is located on the corner of one of the busiest blocks in Brooklyn. There are restaurants & bars at the tip of your fingertip & Its convenient location makes it very easy to get around. In the summer months, take the subway to Coney Island, Manhattan & Brighten Beaches, or the Long Island Railroad to Jones Beach, Long Beach & The Hamptons. In the winter months, cozy up to the wonderful cafes in Brooklyn (we have a cute one right below us) or visit amazing Jazz Bars, Speak Easy's & NYC's finest Cultural Institutions such as The Brooklyn Museum. Cheers from my Sweet Home in Brooklyn! I look forward to having you!

The space

The apartment is located at the top of 3 story, walk up, traditional Brooklyn building. Unlike other buildings, ours is simple, small & quiet. I have known the neighbors for over 15 years, we really enjoy the neighborhood & do our part to respect the overall space. Quiet hours are strict between 11pm - 5am. This is not the apartment host parties, but it is the perfect apartment for you to experience the best of Brooklyn, Manhattan & the New York Metro area as a whole.
