About this space Cozy home is just that, a quiet comfortable home that you can get lost relaxing in. Whether it be kicking back and watching a movie with friends and family after a hearty BBQ or rendezvousing at home for much needed rest after an eventful night, our home can accommodate your stay. Located 40 minutes from South Padre Island, 36 minutes from SpaceX, and only 5 minutes from Brownsville business district, youll always have an eventful stay! Guest access Guest will be given a code to access the smart lock to enter the home. Parking for up to 5 cars is available on the driveway. Guest have access to the entire home, except for the garage and the section of the backyard behind the white picket fence The space SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS: There are four comfortable and serene rooms for you to choose from. All rooms are equipped with brand new Zinus memory foam mattresses and Serta pillows. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, followed by two queen beds in two standard bedrooms, along with two full sized beds in the last bedroom. SECURITY: There are four cameras located on the exterior of the home. One is over looking the drive way. One is over looking the front door entrance. One is looking down the side walkway of the home. The last is over looking the back patio. These cameras do not record audio. There is no audio or video recording devices inside the home. ENTERTAINMENT: Cozy Home is equipped with @ large TVs. One in the Master bedroom and one in the living room. Each TV is running Roku and is ready to be signed into your favorite streaming platform. Please make sure to sign out of your accounts prior to check out. HOUSE RULES: -No Parties or Events. -No unregistered guests, an extra fee will be charged per unregistered guests. -A pet fee is charged per stay. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture. -This is a Smoke-free and Drug-free home. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fine. -The thermostat has a temperature range from 69-78 degrees Fahrenheit. -Parking is limited to the driveway, no parking on curb. -Quiet hours: 11pm-7am -Dont tamper with security cameras or the Ring doorbell. -Please feel free to use all amenities available in our home with the understanding that you will clean up after yourself.
