This colorful two-story cottage, affectionately named Galactikitty, was designed with loads of imagination and a galaxy touch. Every corner of the space feels cheerful and creative, making it a fun and welcoming place to live. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable, with a queen bed, smart TV, and drawers to keep things neat and clutter-free. The layout is functional and straightforward, but full of personality. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and has a clean, fresh feel for everyday use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a cooktop, making cooking your favorite meals at home easy. The vinyl plank floors throughout the cottage add a modern look while being durable and easy to clean. Upstairs, there's a fun extra sleeping loft with another queen bed, great for having a guest stay over or just lounging in a different spot. The loft adds a cool layer to the layout, making the space more open and unique. Outside, it features a private porch swing, a sweet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening. Parking is available in the driveway, making it easy to come and go. You'll also have access to a shared courtyard filled with picnic tables and a generous setup of 2 outdoor grills, perfect for weekend cookouts, casual hangouts, or enjoying meals underwater. This place gives you over six acres of private land, surrounded by oak trees and vast open space. It's quiet, open, and you have a great view from the property. You're just a few minutes from Lake Brownwood, which is perfect if you like to get on the water or hang out by it. The Hideout Golf Resort is also right around the corner, so golf or dining is always nearby.
